- As soon as the Custard Cream cooled down, add the sugar and with a hand mixer blend the custard cream & sugar. When it’s foamy stir in the Soured Cream by hand & the Juice of a half Lemon.

- Lay down the other pin rolled dough on top of the cream, sticking some places with a fork letting the dough breath during the baking process.
