  1. Slightly crush the coriander, pepper. Take all ingredients in a plate (so tht nothing to be missed.)you can either make powders of dry ingredients and store but I prefer freshly grounded.
  2. I used jaggery syrup 2-3 spoons or as per your sweetness. Take a pot in which you are going to make coffee add all the ingredients and jaggery.(here you can put jaggery cube too)
  3. Pour water and let it boil. Add coffee powder and let it boil till it reduces to 3 cups.
  4. Strain it and have it in intervals. It can be consumed 3 times a day. can be stored for 2 days in fridge. Better make it fresh each day.

Yes it is served in the yoga class almost daily…. The first time I had it was so hot and now am used Sukku(Dry ginger) coffee is usually made with water but it you wish if you prefer you can add little milk. Dry ginger coffee or Chukku kappi is known to have the following health benefits. Provides relief against the dizziness from motion sickness. Plays a positive role in reducing blood cholesterol level.
