- Preheat the oven to 180c
- Chop the fennel (save the fennel tops), apple and cauliflower
- Season the cauliflower with the curry powder, cumin and olive oil
- In a roasting dish muddle the ingredients and place the bream on top. Stuff the bream with lemon slices and fennel tops. Season with oil, salt and pepper.
- Roast for 20mins
- Meanwhile crush the hazelnuts with a pestle and mortar. Sprinkle on the fish and roast for another 10 mins.
