- Make ready 4 tbsp Shredded cabbage
- Make ready 4 tbsp Grated cucumber
- Get 4 tbsp Red apple finely chopped pieces

- PREPARATION of 2nd SIDE DISH… BAKED KHEERA CUCUMBER (GHERKINS)
- Wash Kheera cucumber..cut into half.
- Apply oil.. Sprinkle crushed garlic..on it place tomato slices.sprinkle salt and black pepper powder.
- Baked them in Preheated oven or Airfryer @180 for 10 mins..till they are semi..soft.
- PREPARATION of 3rd SIDE DISH..ALL SEASON VEGETABLES & FRUIT RAITA.
- Mix all chopped Vegetables and Fruits..add salt & black pepper powder and roasted cummin seeds powder.
- Add Hung Curd..mix well.. refrigerate for 1/2 hour before serving.
- First prepare..veg/fruit raita..then prepare baked Kheera cucumber..And lastly make roasted sweet corn salad.
- Make this sides for pot-party lunch to relish.
- You can make this Side Dishes..for special occasions lunch also.
