  1. Cut the Chicken to Burger size. Then marinade it in the buttermilk mixture comprised of the salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Best to marinade in the fridge overnight. If you want extra crispy bits, then drizzle some of the buttermilk mixture into the flour mixture and mix it in.
  3. Heat up your oil and make sure it is a couple of inches high. Once heated keep the temperature on medium-low and place the chicken in. Don't overcrowd the pan. Let the chicken cook for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Thinly slice your lettuce. Mix together mayonnaise and chilli sauce along with the lettuce.
  6. Assemble you burger however you like. I prefer bun, lettuce mix, chicken, pickles and then bun.
