- Add 2-3 tbsp water and cover. Cook for to3-5 min depending on the cauliflower rice consistency you prefer.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and mix again. Or garnish with coriander leaves if you prefer that.
In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat coconut oil. Add the prepared cauliflower to the cooked onions in the frying pan. Now take a pan add oil, jeera, cumin, curry leaves, green mirchi, salt & jeera powder and fry them up gently.
