- Take 1/2 cup Warm Water

- Get 2 cloves Garlic (grated)
- Take 1.5 tbsp Butter (room temperature)
- Take 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Get 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Get 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

- Get as needed Kasoori Methi (crushed)
- Take 100 gms Paneer (cut in small cubes)
- Take 2 tbsp Harissa Mayonnaise
- Take as needed Butter for greasing
Instructions to make Veg Zinger Paneer Parcel:
- In a small bowl, take warm water. Add sugar and stir well. Add yeast to it and stir it well and keep aside for 10 mins for yeast to get activate.
- In a mixing bowl, take maida. Add garlic powder and salt. Mix well. Then add yeast mixture and mix well. Knead the dough very well for sometime to get soft and smooth dough. Add oil, mix and keep dough in a warm place for about an hour proofing.
- Heat up the pan. Add cloves grated garlic and butter. Stir well. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and some crushed kasoori methi. Add spices according to your taste. Add small pieces of paneer. Mix well. Add harissa mayonnaise and again mix well. Switch off the flame and keep aside.
- After an hour or so, punch the dough to remove air. Add some flour and knead the dough for few mins. Divide the dough in 4 equal parts. Smoothen and make balls and keep them covered.
- Take some flour and roll the ball into 6 inch diameter roti. Roll all the balls. Turn sides of the circle inside to make triangle shape. There will be place in centre. Place 1 tbsp harissa mayonnaise in the center. Then keep prepared paneer filling on harissa mayonnaise and sprinkle some grated cheese on it. Bring corners together and seal properly with water. Place in baking tray and apply some melted butter on it.
- Bake in an preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 10 mins. Rotate the plate and again bake for 10 mins. Remove from oven.
- Immediately apply some butter, cover with samp cloth for 2 mins and serve.
