  1. Take a pan,add 2cups of milk,bring it to boil. Turn off the flame and add lemon juice to get paneer
  2. Drain off paneer with cotton clothes. pour water to rinse out any remaining acidity and set aside. Heat another pan. add 2cups of milk and sugar and reduce to half, then add paneer,cardamom powder and stir until further reduced.
  3. Brush ghee on baking glassware before transferring the cake
  4. Press down the cake and garnish with nuts then press down once more
  5. Chill for 2 hours before servicing
  6. Ready to enjoy

Top with remaining cake layer, spread frosting over the sides and top of cake to cover, and serve. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly add the hot milk mixture to the cake batter, mixing until everything is well combined. Scrape the bowl, and mix briefly, just until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
