Steps to make Daria na ladoo (roasted chickpea ladoo):
- Finely grind the roasted chickpeas in a grinder and sieve. - In a pan add 1 teaspoon ghee and roast the nuts and vermicelli. Let it roast until light golden brown. Turn off the gas and let it cool. Grind it coarsely in a grinder.
- In a pan add ghee and jaggery and cook on medium heat until jaggery is melted. Add the biscoff spread and cardamom powder and mix. Once incorporated turn off the gas and add it to the chickpea flour, vermicelli and nuts and mix well. If you think it is not binding add a tablespoon of ghee. Make Ladoo while its warm and garnish if preferred.
Remove and give it a good stir ensuring its all melted. Spread it around mould and refrigerate until set. Turn the gas off and transfer in a plate and let it cool for couple of minutes.
