  7. Make ready 1 drop green colour
  8. Get 10 pistachios

  1. In a bowl take 2 tbsp milk mix corn flour into it keep aside
  2. Boil remaining milk when half milk remaining mix corn flour+ milk mixture into it
  3. Boil for 5 mins
  4. In the Lukewarm water mix gelatine add in the milk add sugar and boil for 1 min
  5. Add green colour
  6. When cool down put in a airtight container and place in freezer
  7. Temperature will be lowest
  8. When set remove from fridge and blend in a blender
  9. Repeat same process for 2 times
  10. Finely add chopped pistachio green cordamom powder and cream blend again
  11. Place it in the freezer
  12. When set garnish with chopped pistachio and serve
