- Make puree of mango with sugar cook it in low flame. Dissolve 2 tbsp gelatin in 4 tbsp hot water. strain and add in mango puree cook until sugar dissolve. Keep it aside and bring in room temp.
- When cream mixture set completely almost after 4 hours pour glaze over it cover with any plate or almunium foil and freeze it for 24hours - Or until set completely.
- Demold your ice cream cake decorate with mango flower and any seasonal fruits I use cherries.
- Tips and totkas - - I don't have ring mold therefore I use old flour seive (atta channay wali channi I remove uski net and cover sides with almunium foil) for base I reuse old cake board (bakery cake ke sath Jo base Atta ha usko re use KIA). - - I make chocolate moist cake and use 1 inch round as a base you can use plain vanilla cake or bazaar bought cake too. - - I makes it first time therefore I didnt take risk and make layers. But you can try and make 2 to 3layers of cake and cream.
