  8. Spread melted white choclate in centre nd garnish with chocochips

Fold through the melted butter and ground almonds. Pour cake batter evenly over the orange slices in your cast iron pan. I find that using less butter and sugar really allows the taste of the fruit to come through. Don't worry — you will still have a sticky, decadent topping! Add a layer of whipped cream to cover the kiwi.
