- To it add mashed potatoes.
- With a whisk mix them together.
- Keep flame in low heat.
- Add kiwi mixture.
- Mix well and cook in low heat stirring constantly for 7-8 minutes or until thick.
- Add 1 tablespoon of ghee and continue to stir constantly.
- When the mixture becomes very thick and starts separating from the pan remove from heat.
- Grease a rectangular container with little ghee.
- Transfer the mixture to the container and spread nicely to form a thick uniform layer.
- Sprinkle some crushed pistachio.
- Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set completely.
- Before serving cut into desired shape and spread in a serving plate.
