- Take 1 cup semolina measurement used 1 cup =250 gm

Kiwi Kesari Kiwi is one my favorite fruits. Kiwi fruits are rich in many Vitamins, flavonoids and minerals. In particular, they contain a high amount of Vitamin C (more than oranges), as much potassium as bananas and a good amount of beta-carotene. Heat ghee in a pan & roast cashew nuts & almonds, chop & keep it aside.
Instructions to make Kiwi Kesari:
- 1 Remove the skin of kiwi, cut it and make pulp of it. Keep it aside.
- 2 Take a kadai, add a spoon of ghee and roast the semolina along with the dry fruits. It should be golden in colour. Put it aside.
- Put water and sugar in the pan. Heat it. Add ghee to it. Once the water boils, slowly, put the semolina into it. Keep stirring.
- Add the kiwi puree to it. Let cook for sometime. Once it thickens, add cardamom powder and remove from flame.
In a same pan, water & let it boil.
