  7. For jeera rice, heat up 1 tbsp of oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds.Add soaked rice in cooker. Add 2 cups of water.
  8. Add 1/2 tsb of salt in the water add 1/4 tsb of black pepper in water.
  9. Pressure cook the rice for 1 whistle and rice is ready to serve.
