  1. Pour 2 tbs oil in a pan and fry vegies (onion and capsicum) don't over cook. Pinch of salt can be added. - Keep them aside.
  2. Add dry corn flour in chicken and fry it asap in a pan by using 2 tbs oil. - (don't leave chicken to absorb corn flour) - Fry chicken until golden brown and keep it aside.
  3. Add remaining oil in pan add butter, ginger garlic paste, salt, green chilli, red chilli, cumin seeds and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes then add yougurt and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. - Keep stiring in between. - Now add fresh cream and cream cheese cook for 2 minutes. Then add fried chicken and vegies. - Cook only for 5 minutes on high flame. Add 2 tbs milk if consistency is thick. - Cover pan and leave for 2 more minutes on low flame till oil separate.
