- Next morning change the water your kidney beans have soaked in overnight and put on a boil for up to 3 hours adding chopped spring onion salt pepper and a scotch bonnet after about 2 hours of boiling then add washed rice and tinned coconut and some tyme
- Now get your chicken mix out the fridge open the film and the smell😍will hit u now seperate the veg from your chicken leaving the veg in the pan and placing the chicken on a plate heat oil in frying pan wen the oil get hot add a few peices of chicken and brown all round once your chicken is browned add it to the pan of veg placing it on a low heat once all your chicken is browned and added to the pan u need to make a paste for the sauce
- In a cup unwant a t spoon of all purpose and chicken seasoning table spoon of jerk and curry powder add a tiny amount of water and mix to a paste add a spoon of paste to the chicken pot saving the rest now u add your beef oxo add to a cup with hot water melt it down and add to the chicken pot leave it for a hour then add water to the rest of the paste then add to chicken pot soon as the rice has finished the stewed chicken should be to👌🏽
