- Heat 1 tbsp oil and add the turkey. Cook on a medium high heat until starting to brown.
- Strain off fat and set the turkey aside.

- Add mushrooms and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with your favourite rice.
