  4. Add the chopped broccoli and the olives or capers. Sauté on a low- medium heat. Add a few splashes of the pasta cooking water. It’s ok for it to simmer for up to 5 mins.
  5. When the pasta is drained and ready, stir the broccoli mix through. Add the nuts. Season and add a splash of olive oil. Enjoy 😋

Divide the pasta among four warm bowls. Close the food processor and pulse repeatedly until the broccoli is about the size of lentils. Season the broccoli, arrange in a dish, then scatter over the spicy breadcrumbs and serve immediately. Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat.
