  4. You can do this just the same only wrapped in foil and on an oven tray. Take off the foil for the last few minutes of cook time.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes on 160°C turn the chicken around then leave for a further 20 minutes. Turn around again for 5 minutes to finish take out and pour the juices left in there into a saucepan.
  6. Add 1 Chicken stock cube and 1/2 Cup Water bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes add 1 tsp cornflour and mix to thicken the gravy like this is really lovely.
  7. Cut the chicken up or in half and serve with roast potatoes and veg and gravy.
