Mutton Liver ( Goat Liver / Kaleji ) Taken From The Farmed Raised Goat Certified By Doctors For Human Consumption, Known For Its Taste, Texture, Juiciness & Softness. Add the liver mixture and sautรฉ till the fat separates. If not using pressure cooker, cover and cook till liver is tender. Add liver pieces to the above and marinate for about half an hour.

  5. Then add in yogurt and liver and cook it for 10 minutes only till tender and oil comes on top.
  6. Add in qasuri methi, vinegar, green chillies, ginger n put on dum for 2 mins.
  7. Dish out and garnish with corriander leaves and serve.
