- Prepare Fresh Mint & coriander leaves for garnishing

- Firstly I showed u the utensil called tawa or a flat pan, which u use in today’s cooking
- Firstly wash and cut meat in small pc then boil it, set aside - Boil brain with lil turmeric powder, remove it's veins, cut in small pc, set aside
- Heat oil then add kidney and heart with a splash of water and cover the lid cook for 5-7 minutes, (pc should b tiny)
- Add liver with tomatoes, onions & ginger garlic paste, mix it well.
- Again cover and cook for 5-7 minutes
- Finely add all seasoning with yogurt & green chilli, start bhunofy until oil separates - Add meat & brain, mix it well
- Lastly add lemon juice - Garnish with fresh mint & coriander leaves - Serve hot with Raita & Nan
