- Wash d pepper and onion, grind with a grinder and keep aside, keep aside ur seasonings, curry, thyme, garlic powder, mixed spices, fish spice and a pinch of salt 4 ur fish and meat😎
- Wash the live and kidney thoroughly and put into a clean pot, also wash the sardine and keep aside. Wash and cut the leafs and put in a sieve to drain
- Add seasoning, curry, thyme, a pinch of salt, diced onion, the mixed spices. Put on a fire and cover it.
- To the fish, add the fish spice, mixed spices, seasonings, thyme, curry and mixed well
- Put a pot on fire, add 4 tbl spn of oil and add d grated pepper and onion, keep turning it until it fries
- Then add d boiled liver and kidney to d fried pepper and onion together with it's stock and cover for 5mins, then add d fish to the mixture and cover to cook for 10 to 15 mins
- Add the ugun and water leaf to the sardine, kidney and liver. Then cover for 5mins
- Alhamdulillah our pepper soup is done, serve hot with a drink of choice but mind is ginger drink, enjoyyyyyyyyyy
