- In a pan heat up the oil.Add in cumin seeds & fry nicely.Now add chopped onions,turmeric powder,green chillies,ginger garlic paste & sauté well.
- Now goes in tomatoes & green bell pepper.Give a good mix & cook well.
- Add salt & all the spices give a good mix.Add in tomato ketchup.its purely optional.This is to make the curry tangy.Finally add in crumbled Paneer.Mix & cover for 2-3 mins.Paneer Bhurji is ready. Serve with hot rotis or any type of bread.
