Instructions to make Tori/ Torai sabji:
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, gree chillies, asefetida chopped tamato saute it add salt red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder mix them and saute till oil is separated..
- Than add the cut Tori mix it add 1/2 cup water..(aa per gravy.. but Tori released its own water so better to add little less water).. cover and cook it for 7-8 minutes on middium low flame.. Once done garnish with chopped coriander leaves.. Tori sabji is ready to serve enjoy it with chapattis..
