  4. Dip the ball in the gram flour batter. Coat it well.
  5. Drop it carefully in the hot oil to fry. It should turn into golden brown colour. Turn it to cook from all sides. It should look like this.
  6. Serve it with spicy mint chutney, ketchup or tamarind chutney.
