Bihari Kale Chane Ki Ghugni Recipe. Traditional ghugni is made with dried white peas. Some use minced lamb in it, some don't. Ghugni can also be made with black chickpeas, dried green peas or even black eyed beans.

- Add tomatoes adjust salt and cook until done
- Grind this mixture together with a some cooked Chana.
- Heat oil in a wok.add the ground mixture and add in all the powdered ingredients under masala section and sauté it until cooked. Add water and cook.
- Add in cooked Chana and mix well. Until the masala is completely coated.
- Garnish with chopped onions, coriander and serve.
