- Wash, soak and boil chick peas. Take 5 whistles in the pressure cooker. Drain water, use in soups or aquafaba.

- Let them brown on both side.
- Apply butter on both sides of the bread and toast on tawa. Place a slice of cheese on the toasted side and remove on a plate after few seconds. Do this to two bread slices.
- On the other two bread slices apply sauce. Place torn 2-3 iceberg leaves
- Add sliced onions and top with the crunchy falafels.
- Cover with the cheese bread slice and press the sandwich.
- Slice the bread in halves and serve hot with your favourite sauce or chutney.
