The ingredients needed to make Roasted Sweet Mustard Gammon:
- Prepare Half a medium sized Gammon joint cut into 4 thick slices
- Get 2 tsp English Mustard
- Take 2 tsp wholegrain Mustard
- Make ready 3 tbls brown sugar
- Take 4 tbls Runny Honey
- Take 2 tbls white wine
- Make ready 4 Eggs

- In a small pot add the honey, sugar, white wine and both mustards mix together.
- Add the gammon steaks to a greased oven dish or silver foiled
- With a spoon add the mustard mix to each gammon steak all over covering the steaks.
- Add to a preheated 200c for 5 minutes then turn down and cook on 150 for 30-45 minutes
- Inbetween use a spoon to take up the sauce and pour back onto the gammon steak.
A GREAT wintry dish that tastes wonderful and will feed all the family. Perfect as an accompaniment to a Sunday roast. This is a lovely recipe for a gammon joint with an apple sauce, honey and mustard glaze. Nice for Christmas or in the summer with a salad, or with egg and chips, or in a butty.
