  1. Pour the chicken in a bowl.pour some water and lemon juice. Stir and then wash very well and strain. Pour in a pot,add chopped onions,bay leaf, salt, maggi,chicken spices, thyme and some water. Stir with a spoon and cover to cook. Once the chicken is cooked fry and set aside.
  2. In a pot add the blended or grinded tomatoes onion paste. Add some baking powder. Cook till water is almost absorbed. Add the spices and seasonings of choice.stir and then add some vegetable oil. I used the one I used in frying the chicken. Cook till water is absorbed then add the fried chicken. Cook for 10mins and serve with your white rice,pasta or couscous. Enjoy!
