- Step5: pour & spread half of the custard layer on jelly. allow custard to set. - step6: prepare second flavour of jelly pour the jelly on custard layer it get set add chopped fruits on the jelly layer. - step7:spread the remaining half custard layer on jelly layer and allow it to set.. - step 8: repeat step 6 with 3rd flavour of jelly. garnish with dry fruits. - step 9: keep in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours serve chilled.
This is great for parties or any Spoon this over the cake and spread. Take jelly packet in a bowl. Jellies are usually made by cooking fruit juice with sugar. Jelly should be clear or translucent and firm enough to hold its shape when turned out of the container.
