Meanwhile, drain the chickpeas for the hummus. Peel the garlic and chop the cloves. Blend the chickpeas, the garlic, the other hummus ingredients and pepper to taste in a food processor until smooth. Remove the stalks, seeds and pith from the peppers and cut the flesh lengthwise into quarters.

- Put little water in one edge of the bread and stick one edge of 2nd bread as shown in the picture to make a long sheet.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of the prepared hummus to the sheet.
- Now place some grilled veggies to one side of the bread sheet.
- Next add in some cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes and some herb.
- Roll the sheet very carefully from the stuffing side to the other side to make a roll.
- Keep it in a dish and follow the same procedure to make other rolls.
- Serve immediately with some additional hummus and fresh cucumber-tomato slices.
