Fudge is the staple of holiday staples. Dark and rich, it finds its place on cookie plates everywhere this time of year. This fudge, this brilliantly bright and bold Rainbow Fudge, will not only color your holiday like a crazy case of crayons, it'll rock your Christmas socks and blow the fuse on Rudolph's nose!

Rainbow Fudge is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions daily. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Rainbow Fudge is something that I have loved my entire life.

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can have rainbow fudge using 4 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Rainbow Fudge:
  1. Prepare 36 oz white chocolate or almond bark
  2. Take 24 oz sweetened condensed milk
  3. Get 1 1/2 tsp flavoring (any or vanilla)
  4. Take 1 food coloring

Spread the fudge all the way to the edges of the pan. Repeat with the blue fudge and continue until the fudge is layered in the order of the rainbow. Scatter the sprinkles on top and press gently with your fingers to stick them to the fudge. I love rainbow fudge (I found this while looking to print the recipe for a coworker) and I always flavor the different layers with dry flavorings such as powdered freeze dried fruit, grated spices, and pulverized dried citrus peel.

Steps to make Rainbow Fudge:
  1. Cover loaf pan with foil.
  2. In a glass bowl or sauce pan combine ingredients except food color. Melt until creamy stirring often.
  3. Separate equal amounts in as many bowls as color you want to use. Add as little or as much color til you reach desired tint.
  4. Pour into foil lined pan and let set before adding the next layer. This takes about1-2 minutes depending on the temp in room. Or you could stick in the fridge.
  5. Wait until hardened then slice.

I use pandan leaf extract for the green layer, which adds a rich vanilla-like taste. Rainbow fudge is a gorgeous fudge made from six colorful layers of white chocolate fudge! It's a little time-consuming because each layer is made individually, but it's not at all difficult since it is made entirely in the microwave. You can always vary the colors of the layers to suit your tastes. Place the coloured fudge into the prepared tub, spreading it out gently with a plastic spatula or spoon.
