Steps to make Mava fudge:
- Take a heavy bottom kadai.
- Now mix Mawa and sugar.
- Now switch on gas and cook this Mawa sugar mixture.
- Stir it continues otherwise it stick.
- In between add citric acid and stir.
- When it change colour switch off the gas.
- Grease a plate and speed mixture.
- Put silver leaves.
- Cut and serve.
