- In seperate pan, beat the eggs and thin fried them until golden, roll on the chopping board and thin sliced it.
- In another saucepan pan fry shrimps until just cooked.
- Place shrimps and sprinkle those shredded omelette on to the stir fried pan. Stir well and served on the plate or on the pineapple shell. Garnish with coriander sliced radish and Enjoy !
