- When butterscotch liquid is room temperature, take a small taste. It's important to know what cooked brown sugar and butter tastes like, and what happens when transforming that flat sweetness into real butterscotch flavor.
- For the fudge:
- Heat a deep pot, add the butterscotch and condensed milk and cook for 4 minutes in low flame.
- Then turn off the stove. Add the chocolate pieces and let it completely be dissolved.
- Beat the mixture:
- Transfer it in a deep plate and refrigerate it for 4 to 8 hours.
- Before serving sprikle cocoa powder on top of it.
