- Firstly take a sauce pan add milk let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes. And turn off the flame. Gelatine and Milk and keep a side for 3 minutes.
- Now Gelatine and milk mixture add the Milk and continue stir. Without any lumps. And let it cool for 2 to 3 hour.
- Now plum cut into pieces remove seeds. Blend with little bit powder sugar.
- After 2 hour take Milk and add a plum mixture and add Sugar Vanila, Malai,Red food color blend into a smooth.
- Ice cream look like a more Creamy and soft.
- Transfer the Airtight container and let it set for 4 to 5 hour.
