- Saute them gently in pan non stop 6-7 min in low flame.
- The jaggery and khoya will melt and mixture will slightly thicken.
- Donot cook to much as then the the ladoos can be come hard.
- To taste take a small portion and let it cool down a bit.
- Take a plate and keep the mixture
- After that,add cardamom powder on the mixture.
- Next,spread a bit of ghee in your palms and taking small to medium sized portion make the ladoos.
- Then,store them in an air tight container and refrigerate.
- Then, serve it to the guest.
