  1. Keep all ingredients ready. Heat 3 tsp ghee in vessel, add jaggery -as it melts add coconut and cardamom powder, cashewnuts powder.
  2. Mix well till mixture leaves pan. Allow to cool, make small balls of it. Mix ingredients of outer layer dough with water and make dough and small balls of it.
  3. Fill coconut calls in dough balls. Spread it using roller, bake on both sides on tawa by greaseing ghee. Coconut-jaggery polis are ready.
