- Now roll out chapati from wheat flour.take small amount of Jaggery & put on half portion of chapati. Apply water on sides of chapati. And fold the chapati.as shown in the picture. Cook on tawa at medium heat.turn cook same way other side also. Remove apply oil or ghee cut in half and serve hot.
Apply little ghee on the hot tawa, place chapathi and cook it with ghee on both sides on slow flame. Transfer it into a plate and poke it with fork and pour little ghee on.
