Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Sauté swordfish and then gently flake cooked fish with a fork then toss with pasta, tomatoes, capers, olives, fresh lemon juice, and flat-leaf parsley. Season swordfish with salt and pepper. Add pasta and ½ cup pasta cooking liquid to tomato sauce and cook over low heat, tossing often and adding more cooking liquid as needed, until sauce is thickened and Add fish to pasta along with half of parsley and toss once to combine. Serve pasta topped with raisins, pine nuts, and remaining parsley. While pasta is cooking, add mustard, honey, vinegar, pepper, and garlic to the bottom of a serving dish. Add hot drained cooked pasta, ham, and tomatoes to the dish and toss until coated by the dressing. Swordfish steaks with spices and tomatoes cooked in pressure cooker.
