  6. Make ready few Mint leaves
  7. Get to taste Salt
  8. Prepare Little Black salt
  9. Get 1 tsp sabza
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  11. Get 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  12. Get 1/2 tsp fennel seeds powder (saunf ka powder)

Instructions to make Jaggery Sharbat:
  1. Chop the jaggery finely. Soak the sabza in water and keep aside for sometime.
  2. Add water and keep it covered for 15 mins till completely dissolved.
  3. Add grated ginger, pudina leaves, salt, black salt, jeera powder, black pepper powder, fennel seeds powder and keep it covered for 10 mins.
  4. Add this to blender along with 2 elaichi(only seeds used) and blend it nicely.
  5. Strain it and add sabza, lemon juice and mix well. Serve chilled. Garnish with some mint leaves.
