  4. Add 1 cup water, salt, chilli powder and black salt, mix well and cover it, cook 5 to 8 min on medium flame or or mango becomes soft.
  5. Now add jaggery(if you want you can add brown sugar place of jaggery) and garam masala and mix till jaggery mix with mango after that off the flame.
  6. Now ready for eat.

The mangoes chosen for this pickle should be firm and under ripe. You can use any variety of raw mangoes, if the Rajapuri variety is not available.
