  1. Prepare the tray to set the ghor Papri Grease it with ghee.
  2. Take the ghee in a pan. Turn the heat on low. When ghee is melted add wheat flour and dill seed. Stir it continuously for 5 minutes or until you get the toasted aroma.
  3. Once the flour is roasted, quickly turn off the stove. - Then add jaggery. Edible ghoond(fried) and cardamom powder.Quickly mix it. - Immediately pour into the tray, even out the surface.
  4. Let it cool down slightly. While it is still warm, Slice into diamond shape
