  3. Now the mixture is ready. Make the round shape balls from the mixture.
  4. Now take another pan and add oil to deep fry the raw jackfruit balls.
  5. Deep fry the jackfruit balls.Keep the jackfruit ball aside.

Now prepare the curry.For that take a pan add oil,add whole garam masalas,tezpatta then add remaining onion(sliced),add ginger garlic paste mix it well then add sliced tomato.mix it well.add haldi powder,salt,Jeera powder, dhaniya powder chilli powder nut meg powder.mix it well until oil separates.add slit green chilies.add water and put the lid keep it for 5 minutes. Add the kofta/ kabab.add garam masala,mix it.
