Instructions to make Chilli jackfruit:
  1. Pressure cook jackfruit cubes by adding 1/2 tbsp Salt & 2 cup water for one whistle. Let the pressure eases itself.
  2. Now drain excess water and dry the pieces with the help of a cloth.
  3. Now in a big bowl mix cornflour, maida, salt, chilli pow, half of pepper powder & water. Make a thick batter.
  4. Mix jackfruits in the batter.
  5. Heat oil in a kadhai. Deep fry batter mixed jackfruits till it turns brown. Bring out from oil and keep aside.
  6. In a another kadhai heat 2 tbsp oil. Add ginger, garlic,green chilli.Saute well.
  7. Add onion, capsicum, a pinch of salt.
  8. When onion became translucent add fried jackfruit pieces. Mix well.
  9. Now add all the sauces. Toss well.
  10. Sprinkle a pinch of pepper powder,coriander leaves. Mix well. Switch off gas.
  11. Serve hot
