  6. Prepare 1/4 cup Coconut /cooking oil
Instructions to make Ripe Jackfruit dosa:
  1. Soak rice for 1/2 an hour in hot water.
  2. Peel and remove seeds of ripe jackfruit.
  3. Grind smoothly ripe jackfruit, Jaggery, coconut, salt and rice without adding water. (if required add less than 1/2 cup of water)
  4. Transfer the batter into a vessel.
  5. Heat tava.
  6. Pour ladleful of batter and spread thinly.
  7. Cover and cook for 2 minutes in medium flame.
  8. Open the lid, sprinkle coconut oil, flip and cook for a minute, remove and serve in hot with honey or Jaggery syrup.
