- While potato skins are browning in oven mash the insides of the potatoes in a bowl with 1/2 stick butter, dash salt, dash pepper and garlic salt, dump cheese and bacon with the bacon grease
- Take out skins and fill with mashed potato mixture top with a little shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes
