- Mix nuts, syrup and semolina to combine completely. Continue to cook on low heat for another 3-4 minutes, it will release oil.
- Halva Pudding is ready to serve. - Garnish with nuts and fruits.
It is a really quick-to-make pudding in a world where desserts can take hours. I've slightly adapted my Greek Halva recipe which is a dairy free pudding, in this to include lots of crushed walnuts which I think adds a little extra texture and flavour to the Greek Halva and besides.
