Steps to make Pav bhaji baked potato:
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees
- Wash potatoes well, use a knife or fork to make few holes all over the potatoes
- Bake them in preheated oven for 35 minutes
- Cut them lengthwise from the centre to yield 4 skinned halves
- Scoop out from the centre using a spoon
- In a bowl take the scooped out potato mash, (do not mash too much) add chat masala, pav bhaji masala, salt, and lemon. Masalas should be as per your taste.
- Butter all 4 halves, in two fill potato mixture, top it up with mozzarella cheese
- In other 2 buttered halves fill bhaji top it up with mozzarella cheese
- Keep all 4 pieces on a baking tray and grill it for 5-7 minutes, till cheese starts getting light brownish
- Sprinkle some chat masala, red chilli powder, chopped onion and some lemon juice
- Serve immediately
